Over the years, QUEENTRAVEL have pioneered new destinations and experiences and continue to do so today. We consistently push the boundaries by creating unique and authentic travel options and innovative itineraries. To illustrate, QUEENTRAVEL introduced sea kayaking tours to Halong Bay and discovered Mai Chau, an excellent area for trekking and homestays. We have developed attractive fundraising and volunteer-focused projects. Our Jewel of the Delta is the only tourist boat on the Red River and the only alternative way to get to Halong Bay, other than by road. Our latest exciting offering builds on our close ties with Mai Chau, where we are opening a boutique-style lodge, which will provide an alternative to homestays.

Our People
Although a 100% Vietnamese company, we have a truly multinational and multicultural team. Our staff hail from Europe, Africa and Australia and of course mostly from Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. This mix enables a winning combination of complementary Eastern and Western skills. All team members are well-trained graduates dedicated to bringing you the very best of Indochina. Being one of the first travel companies in the region, we have an unrivalled wealth of experience and passion for travel to share with our clients and travel partners. We also all live, work and holiday in Indochina – who could be better placed to book your dream holiday? In the office, we use English and French.

Quality assured
Being one of the pioneers in the region, we have long-established relationships with our suppliers, ensuring not only competitive prices but quality service. To ensure your comfort, we always use private transport to travel by road. We have our own modern fleet of air-conditioned vehicles, ranging from a standard car to a 45-seater coach, depending on the size of the group. Other modes of transport include trains, boats and planes.

We book accommodation appropriate to the type of tour selected and the client’s preferences. This can vary greatly from standard 3 star hotels to select Queen Hotels . Whatever the selected standard of accommodation, we use the best at that level and conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality.

The QueenTravel Story
Starting with just a small cafe  in 1992 - QUEEN CAFE, we have grown to be a larger company in 2002 - QueenTravel can supply a full set of tourist service - including tours, accommodation, restaurant, internet... QueenTravel is located at 65 Hang Bac street in the Hanoi old quarter center and was established, after the promulgation of the Vietnam Government’s open policy. Since then QueenTravel has become well known through guide books such as the Lonely Planet, the Rough Guide, Vietnam Handbook, Let? Go, Moon Publications and Le Routard Vietnam...
